Dr. Michael J. Rankin M.D.
Dr. Rankin grew up in Upper Arlington, Ohio and graduated from St. Charles Preparatory High School, The Ohio State University and the Medical College of Ohio. He completed his residency at Mount Carmel Medical Center in Columbus, Ohio.
Dr. Rankin is Board Certified as a Diplomate of the American Board of Urgent Care Medicine and is a Fellow in the American Academy of Urgent Care Medicine.
He practiced Emergency Medicine for 17 years at Fairfield Medical Center in Lancaster Ohio. His group also owned and operated First Medical Urgent and Family Care Center. Dr. Rankin is currently the owner of three urgent care clinics in the Columbus Ohio area and is opening additional clinics within the next few years.
Dr. Rankin has practiced Urgent Care Medicine for the last 29 years. He and his wife of 39 years have 3 children and live in the Upper Arlington area.

Molly Fulton
Molly Fulton, MS grew up in Lancaster, Ohio. She graduated from Fisher Catholic High School and attended The Ohio State University for her Bachelor of Science-Nutrition and Dietetics and Ohio University for her Master of Science-Healthcare.
Molly practiced nutrition and dietetics for several years prior to opening Arlington Urgent Care in 2011 with Dr. Rankin. Molly is also an active member of the Urgent Care Association and functions as a surveyor for their national Accreditation program.

Whitney Khaira
Whitney was born in Redding, CA and raised in Orefield, PA with her mother, father and sister.
She graduated from DeSales University in 2011 with a Bachelors in Biology. She then moved to Columbus, OH to attend Ohio Dominican University for her masters in Physician Assistant.
In her spare time she enjoys exercising and being outdoors.
Gregory LaFontaine
Gregory was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. After high school he served for 5 years in the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman.
A true Buckeye, he attended The Ohio State University where he earned his Bachelors of Science in Microbiology. He then received his Masters of Physician Assistant Studies at Kettering College of Medical Arts.
Prior to joining our team, Gregory spent 10 years in the emergency room.
He lives in Worthington with his wife, two children and their German Shepard. Outside of work Gregory enjoys working out, cooking, and spending time with his family.
Christine Mack
Christine was born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio and attended the University of Dayton and Saint Francis University with her Masters in Physician Assistant Sciences.
She has lived in Columbus and has been a PA in the Emergency Department for 6 years. She lives in Hilliard, Ohio with her family and enjoys running.
She is excited to join the team of providers at Arlington Urgent Care.
Sean Weaver
Sean was born and raised in Crestline, Ohio and he joined the Arlington Urgent Care Team in May, 2018.
He attended the Wheeling Jesuit University and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology and Chemistry in 2012. He then attended The Ohio Dominican University in Columbus, Ohio and obtained his Master’s of Physician Assistant in 2014.
Sean has spent the last 4 years working in the emergency department as well as the urgent care settings. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and dogs.
Amanda Webber
Amanda was born and raised in Pennsylvania. She attended the University of Mount Union and received both her Bachelor of Science in Biology with minors in chemistry and psychology in 2009 and her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies in 2011.
Amanda worked in the Emergency Department for 4 years and has also worked in both family and internal medicine.
She enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two boys.
Jess Boetcher
Jessica Boetcher was born and raised in Sandusky, OH. She was a student-athlete at Eastern Michigan University where she studied Exercise Science and was member of Women’s Swimming and Diving team.
She graduated from Ohio Dominican University’s first physician assistant class in 2014. She has three years of experience practicing as a physician assistant in emergency medicine before joining Arlington Urgent Care in 2017.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her fiance, Jason and dog, Stella.
Erin Zaroujko
Erin was born in Columbus, OH. She received her Undergraduate Degree in Zoology from Miami University in 2003. She attended Kettering College of Medical Arts where she received her Certificate in Physician Assistant Studies in 2006, and later received her Masters in Physician Assistant studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2010.
Erin has worked for both Emergency Medicine and Vascular Surgery through her career in addition to the Urgent Care.
Erin is married with 3 boys. She enjoys traveling as well as cheering for her boys at their many sporting events.
Stephanie Smith
Stefanie was born and raised in Central Ohio. She attended the University of Toledo where she received her Bachelors in Exercise Science. She received her Masters in Physician Assistant Studies from Wayne State University.
Stefanie has worked in the Emergency department for 18 years and has been with Arlington Health for two years.
She loves spending time with her husband and three daughters.
Courtney Kerr
Courtney was born in Wheeling, WV and raised in Morristown, OH. She received her Associates Degree in Nursing from Belmont Technical College, her Bachelors of Science in Nursing from Ohio University and her Master in Science of Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner from Wheeling Jesuit University.
She has over 10 years of experience in emergency department prior to becoming a nurse practitioner.
Courtney lives with her husband and three children and enjoys hiking, working outdoors, spending time with her family, and collecting antiques.
Rosa Roberts
Rosa has over 22 years of experience working in many healthcare specialties and facilities. She specializes in all aspects of medical billing, which includes revenue management, EMR, and practice management systems.
She enjoys meeting new people, solving problems, and contributing to the growth of business.
William Allyn
William was born and raised in Chillicothe, Ohio and attended The Ohio State University where he graduated in 2010 with a BA in Psychology and Criminology. Will has lived in Columbus since graduating from college.
Prior to joining the team in 2019, he developed his passion for helping patients and fellow staff. He has held various healthcare administration roles over the last 10 years including Program Manager, Director, Human Resources, and Office Manager.
William enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors as much as possible.
